Filter cum Dryers (FCD's)
Introduction
The Agitated Nutsche filter and Rotary Vacuum Dryers have been integrated into a system that is now supplied by UDE on a turnkey basis.
After removing solvent to the extent of seventy to eighty percent from the slurry, final drying is achieved in the drying mode, up to less than one percent, to obtain dry free flowing powders.
Options
Non Tilting Type with heated perforated plates, heated shell through Jacket / Limpet and heated agitators available.

Spin Flash Drying System has been introduced in the country in a big way by UDE.

It is a continuous bulk drying system which helps in energy savings, low labor deployment, uniform quality products, low space requirement and minimal dusting due to negative pressures in the system during drying.

The design of the Spin Flash Drying System depends, inter alia, upon product characteristics, capacity and other specific application requirements. Consequently every system is custom designed.
