MINI Nitrogen Generators
DD PROCESS mini nitrogen gas generators BORA eliminate the need for costly, inconvenient high pressure cylinders in the laboratory. Nitrogen Generators for LCMS
DD Process nitrogen generators are based on hollow fiber membrane technology, which makes it possible to separate air into nitrogen and an oxygen enriched air stream. The N2-MISTRAL-0-60L nitrogen generator enables you to easily produce nitrogen from compressed air.
The N2-MISTRAL-0-60L is designed for like LCMS and others different Application to supplying Nitrogen Gas with the purity and pressure required (like LCMS and others)
The N2-MISTRAL-0-60L is made for connection to the Nitrogen user directly. The generator will automatically switch on and off depending on the nitrogen demand. The N2-MISTRAL-0-60L works pneumatically; no electric power supply is needed.

N2-MISTRAL-4 LCMS MODEL
DD Process’s membrane Nitrogen Generator N2-MISTRAL-4 is based on hollow fiber membrane technology, which allows the separation of air into pure nitrogen and an oxygen-enriched air stream. The N2-MISTRAL-4 nitrogen generator is a standalone unit which requires just power for operation.
The on-board air compressor (stage 1) compresses the air up to 3 bars.
The first membrane tube removes the moisture and most of the oxygen together with other gases like CO2 etc. The permeate from the first membrane tube is ventilated back to the atmosphere.
The pre-cleaned air passes then on to the 2nd and 3rd membrane tube where nitrogen is separated to a purity better than >98% N2. The permeate from membrane tubes 2 and 3 which is moisture free and reduced in oxygen content is collected and recycled back to the inlet of the low pressure pump.
